5.2 Control Measures:
In case of excessive or abusive use detection, we may:

- In such a situation, we will try to fix the issue as quickly as possible. In any case, your data will remain stored and will not be lost.
8. Refund and Chargeback Policy
8.1 Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds for subscription payments already made, unless there is a billing error on our part.
- If you have an issue with the service, please contact us before requesting a refund or chargeback.
8.2 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
- If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account.
- We reserve the right to provide usage evidence to the financial institution in case of disputes.
9. Account Cancellation and Suspension
