How it works
manageYT ! is a Chrome extension. It's easy to install, and even easier to use!
Once installed, the extension will automatically run when you enter YouTube. When you open a video, the necessary options will appear for you to bookmark and take notes.

manageYT ! is a Chrome extension. You’ll need Chrome to install it and use it. Once installed, it will activate automatically when you browse YouTube. Remember, you can easily disable or remove it at any time, and it won’t leave any trace!

Create new notes
Each note is created at a specific point in the video's timeline.
...or just enjoy the video
If you let the video play without any interaction, the notes will appear at the precise moment.
Navigate between notes
Select one of the notes you've created. You can read the full text, and the video will move to the correct point.
Highlight videos
Videos with notes, or simply those you want to mark as 'watched', or in any other way, will appear highlighted.
Edit created notes
You can edit the text, and even move the comment on the timeline.
Create lists by topics
Create groups based on a keyword and organize videos as needed.
How to use the app
Nothing easier! Once the application is installed, open the first video you want to start working on.
- When you move the cursor over the video, the extension icon will appear.
- Click the icon to open the app.
- If you’ve already saved a note, it will appear in the panel.
- The app will automatically locate the note corresponding to the moment in the video.
- If there are no comments yet on the video, now’s the time to add the first one!
Create an account !
To get started, we only need your email and a username. Later, if you want to upgrade your plan, you can add your details from your user page.
Once the app is installed, you can start a demo before creating an account. However, any data you save will only serve as an example of how it works and will be deleted when you change videos or even if you refresh the page.
When you create an account, your notes are saved, and you can access or edit them from any device where you install the app.
